Any client recruiting engagement will be governed by a separately signed recruiting-services agreement.
If website content conflicts with a signed recruiting-services agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Employers make their own hiring decisions, and candidates make their own career and employment decisions.
Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their résumés, employment histories, qualifications, accomplishments, licenses, education, availability, compensation expectations, and other submitted information are accurate.
Candidates must promptly inform Crestline of material changes to their employment status, availability, interest, or professional information.
Candidates should not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account details, passport copies, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms or ordinary email unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
Employer Responsibilities
Employers remain solely responsible for:
• Defining lawful and job-related hiring requirements
• Interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Confirming candidate qualifications
• Conducting references and background checks
• Verifying education, employment, licenses, and work authorization
• Complying with employment and nondiscrimination laws
• Making hiring decisions
• Preparing employment offers
• Supervising and compensating employees
• Maintaining lawful workplace practices
• Determining whether a candidate is suitable for employment
Crestline does not act as the employer of candidates hired by a client.
Accurate Information
Users agree to provide accurate and nonmisleading information when using the website or communicating with Crestline.
Users may not impersonate another person, submit information without authorization, or use the website to commit fraud or misrepresentation.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use the website to:
• Violate any applicable law
• Discriminate unlawfully
• Harass, threaten, or harm another person

Candidate Information

The Crestline Talent Partners name, branding, logo, website design, original written content, graphics, and other original materials are owned by Crestline or used with authorization.
